Q: What is S.W.P. [Secondary Water Resistant]?
A: It's an additional roof protection system when your roof fails.

Q: What is Deck Reinforcement?
A: Your existing roof decking is only secured by nails. InsulStar Plus super glues the plywood decking to the trusses, making it 3 times stronger than code.

Q: Does InsulStar Plus meet the requirements of local building codes?

Q: Do all insurance companies recognize InsulStar Plus [Foam adhesive]?
A: Yes, it's recognized as both SWR and Deck Reinforcement.

Q: Does insulStar Plus raise roof temperature?
A: No.

Q: If I have a roof leak, will it rot my roof decking?
A: No.

Q: How will I know if I have a roof leak?
A: Water staining will show up in the soffit/fascia areas.

Q: What is the difference between foam adhesive and foam insulation?
A: Foam adhesive glues the roof to the trusses and keeps water out. Foam insulation does not.

Q: Why is one A/C vent cold and others are not?
A: A/C ducts run thru the attic (aprox. 145-160 degrees). InsulStar Plus resolves the issue, lowering your attic to only 10 degrees above the outside air temperature.
